DEWAN is a WhatsApp ordering and delivery platform for restaurants and local businesses in any country. Customers order with photos inside the business's own WhatsApp number (official WhatsApp Business Platform; DEWAN is a registered Meta Tech Provider) or on the business's own ordering page. The order arrives complete on the kitchen display with a printed ticket, and the customer follows the delivery live from a link. DEWAN also offers appointment booking with WhatsApp reminders for clinics, salons and workshops; online stores with a photo catalog and card payments; a driver app with dispatch and live tracking for delivery fleets; and automation such as electronic invoicing on delivery and daily sales summaries. No commission on sales: a fixed monthly fee plus a small amount per order. Available in Spanish and English. Founded in 2021 in Riobamba, Ecuador, with more than 5,000 orders processed.
