Devora is a secure user impersonation platform for SaaS companies. It gives support and engineering teams controlled, time-limited access to a customer's account so they can investigate and resolve issues quickly, without ever needing the customer's password. THE PROBLEM Seeing exactly what a customer sees is often the fastest way to resolve a support ticket. In many companies, however, the internal "log in as customer" tool is an afterthought: a shared super admin password, no meaningful approval step, no distinction between read and write access, and no reliable way to revoke access or review who did what. HOW DEVORA WORKS Your application keeps its existing login. Devora adds the control layer around it: team members request access and state their reason, an admin approves, and the session runs within the limits you define. Every session is logged in an access history. KEY CAPABILITIES • Request and approval workflow, with a stated reason for every access request • Read-only or write access, enforced by your backend • Blocks on sensitive endpoints • Visible session banner and timer, with the ability to end sessions remotely • Access history and a security audit trail • Optional screen recording and activity capture, off by default, with masking and retention controls • Customer data export and erasure • Live sessions ended when a team member is offboarded WHO IT IS FOR SaaS support and engineering teams that need to help customers quickly while keeping account access accountable and auditable.
