DevisiumElec is quotation management software designed for electricians in France. The software enables estimate creation in approximately two minutes, including on job sites. It operates as a mobile-first web application that functions like a native app across various devices without requiring app store downloads. The software includes a library of electrical items, allowing users to customize pricing and margins. It generates professional PDFs with logos, SIRET numbers, and insurance information for client distribution. WhatsApp integration allows users to share PDFs directly, with status updates and follow-up features for reminders and notes. DevisiumElec calculates taxes with three VAT rates for new work, renovations, and eco-renovations. Team management allows role-based access. Offline functionality supports estimate creation without internet, syncing upon reconnection. Data isolation ensures company-specific access, complying with French regulations.
