DeviQA made a great initial effort to not only fully understand our service but also align with our development team culture so they were immediately a natural fit. During our partnership, they have provided a high quality QA service, which is what you would expect, but I have also been impressed by how they work to provide extra value. They don’t just wait to be told what to do (which can be common when working with 3rd parties) but they look to be proactive in taking on responsibility, improving workflows and making suggestions for pipeline improvements.

The DeviQA team collaborated with our manual testers on the necessary tests of new features through automated feature tests covering relevant scenarios. They did this with a smoke automated test covering all scenarios vital to the core functions of our application, and a regression automated test that guaranteed 100% retesting for each new release; both of which reduced testing time and increased coverage of the entire application. Their responsibilities included providing very detailed test results, as well as offering ideas for performance improvements and suggestions for improving network security. The project managers from DeviQA were very responsive, flexible and adaptable, accommodating any changes or deviations from the project specifications as they occurred. During this time, they addressed any issues and provided helpful responses, as well as offering useful solutions and valuable advice to resolve issues effectively.

What we appreciate most about DeviQA is their passion for quality and performance. They wrote the operational documentation for the required tests and laid a solid foundation for our modernization project. The integrated test suite in TestRail and the use of Cypress as a test automation tool increased our testing capabilities and cut our deployment time in half to about 2-3 days. In addition, their collaboration with our internal team and ability to adapt to our schedules played a direct role in the positive outcome of the project.
