COPS (Court Ordered Program Supervisor)
COPS (Court Ordered Program Supervisor) is web-based practice management software for organizations that deliver court-ordered education, treatment and supervision programs. It serves DUI schools, drug courts, mental health courts, batterer intervention programs, private probation, parenting classes, juvenile justice programs, anger management, substance use treatment, court-ordered counseling, reentry programs, and housing and homeless services. Each client record keeps case details such as court, judge, attorney and referral source alongside multiple program enrollments, and each enrollment has its own schedule, attendance and fees. Staff mark attendance as attended, absent or unmarked, mark full class rosters at once from the dashboard calendar, and let clients check in at a kiosk with a captured signature. Monthly progress reports and court and attorney reports are drafted, finalized and saved as PDFs with a history of every document sent, and merge-tag document templates produce client-specific letters and forms. COPS includes 11 built-in report types plus saved custom reports, with exports to CSV, Excel and PDF. Automated alerts and reminders help staff and clients stay on schedule, and polygraph history can be tracked on the client profile. Fees, balances and transaction history live on the client record, and clients can pay online by card through a secure client portal. Probation officer assignment and caseload views, online registration forms, and fee schedules with printable receipts support daily operations. COPS runs in the browser on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based staff access and a full staff audit log. Plans are priced per staff user per month, and a free trial is available.
