Aaghaz360 is construction management software for house builders, developers, civil contractors and renovation contractors. It keeps every project, the daily site reports, purchasing, site stock, labour and job costs in one workspace, so the owner can see what is happening on every site without phoning each one. Site engineers record the day's work, photos, attendance and material used from their phones. Material requests go to the owner for approval, suppliers send their rates through a private link without needing an account, and each bill is matched to the purchase order and the delivery, so you pay for what actually arrived. Every site has its own store, with stock issued to work, moved between sites and counted. Daily-wage workers and labour groups are paid through pay runs the owner approves. Spending is tracked against the budget for each project and phase, next to supplier balances, client invoices and payments received. Aaghaz360 runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen on Android phones and iPhones. Every package includes every module and unlimited users; packages differ only by how many projects run at the same time. The Free package covers one project with no time limit, and paid packages start at $149 a year.
