My first time using this platform I was impressed by the user interface and how user-friendly it was, to the extent that it became our go-to remote communication platform because it was very easy to use to the functionality. Another feature that I found very fascinating was how much it gives users control over privacy. I liked that it allowed me to control my online status which was very important whenever I was in the no disturb mode. I liked that Deskmy also has an integration with several very fundamental platforms in my work like Google meet and Slack which has been very beneficial in terms of flexibility when communicating with clients.
