Desk Champ is free tournament software for workplace sports and games leagues. Teams use it to run internal competitions in single elimination, double elimination, round robin or doubles knockout formats. Seventeen games are supported, among them pool, table tennis, Mario Kart, darts, foosball, chess, FIFA, bowling and trivia.
The platform generates seeded brackets and fixtures for any number of participants, tracks live standings, and lets participants submit match results for an organizer to confirm. Automated email reminders notify players when a match becomes playable, ahead of its deadline, and when it is overdue, removing the administrative burden from whoever is running the competition. Presentation mode displays a high-contrast bracket on a shared office screen with a QR code for phone access, and lifetime player statistics and a global leaderboard persist across every competition an organization runs.
Desk Champ is free to use, with no paid tier, seat pricing or trial period. Competitions can be shared with read-only links that require no account to view.
