B-Shuttle is a booking system for hotel shuttles. Each room has its own QR code: the guest scans it, picks the route, day, time and number of people, and receives a confirmation email with a personal QR code. The booking page carries the hotel's logo and is available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. No app for guests to download.
The front desk sees all bookings in one dashboard, ride by ride, and can add the ones requested in person, with a note for the driver. Every ride has its own capacity: when the shuttle is full, nobody can book it, so overbooking does not happen. Routes with intermediate stops count seats leg by leg.
Drivers have their own app: they see the day's rides and scan the guest's QR code on board, which answers OK or KO. Guests who change plans cancel from the link in the email, the seat becomes free again and the hotel gets a notice.
Every hotel gets a dedicated installation with its own brand, data hosted in Italy, and a free one-month trial.
