Groundflag is construction management software for US contractors: remodelers, specialty trades, general contractors and builders. Each job keeps its schedule, daily logs, photos, documents, people and money in one place.
Contractors send estimates and proposals that clients accept and sign online, invoice from the job and get paid by card in the client portal. Crews clock in from the phone with the GPS point and an optional photo, and the foreman can record the daily log by voice. The schedule is a Gantt with dependencies, working days, critical path and a baseline. Change orders, cost codes, budgets and job costing show budget, committed and actual for every job.
Every screen is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, so the office, the crew and the client can each work in their own language on the same job.
Pricing is per company with unlimited users: Crew at $149/month, Pro at $199/month and Business at $299/month (two months free when billed yearly), with a 30-day free trial and no card required. Integrations include Stripe, Zapier, Google Calendar, Gusto, ADP and Microsoft Project files.
