Demandgap is a B2B paid media agency in Vienna, Austria, run by its two founders, Christoph Schachner and Valentin Schulz. We run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads for B2B SaaS companies, together with the tracking that connects them to the CRM, and we judge the work by the pipeline it brings in.
LinkedIn Ads for demand generation: creative written for each persona, targeting built on the client's account list, thought leader, document and conversation ads, and retargeting tied to the CRM.
Google Ads for demand capture: category searches with buying intent, brand defence, competitor names and comparisons, with Microsoft Ads next to Google Search where it fits.
Pipeline attribution: HubSpot and Salesforce deal stages sent back to LinkedIn and Google as conversions, with offline conversions, a correct consent mode setup and server-side tracking where it changes the numbers.
ChatGPT Ads: fixed-price audits and time-based pilots. Demandgap is one of the first agencies in the OpenAI Partner Network.
Whoever takes an account does all of it, from strategy and builds to optimisation and reporting. There are no account managers and no junior staff, and we take no more than 15 active clients between us. Clients get a monthly written report and the time log with every invoice.
Ads management is €150 an hour and consulting €200 an hour, with no markup on ad spend. Retainers start at €2,100 a month for Google, €2,400 for LinkedIn and €3,900 for both, with a three-month initial term and then 30 days' notice. Fixed-price audits cost €1,500 for Google, €1,800 for LinkedIn and €2,900 for both. A ChatGPT Ads audit costs €1,200.
We work with B2B SaaS, fintech, compliance and developer-tools companies spending at least €5k a month on each channel we run, in DACH, the UK, the US, the Nordics, Spain, France and Australia. Accounts run in English or German.
From our published cases: $675,167 of attributed pipeline on $125,754 of LinkedIn spend over six months for an enterprise AI software company (Dreamdata data-driven attribution), and $771k of open pipeline credited to a LinkedIn rebuild for a UK public-procurement intelligence company in the six months after handover, on $41k of spend.
