I like using Deepgram for its voice naturalness and latency, which are very important for our call center operations. The qualification process it offers is good, and I appreciate the TTX and SST features. Setting up Deepgram is very easy, much easier than other products I've used.

Its API capabilities are great and easy to use, its a great option for its price.

Easy to set up and get first API response with helpful docs and UI. The Nova-3 AI model's error rate is low and split utterances with timestamps out-of-the-box is nice. Pricing is great and the free $200 credit to start is incredible.
