I like LitHub by DeepDyve for its ability to search for literature and access a substantial portion of articles, sometimes even without cost. I appreciate the rapid and accurate searches, which are focused on what I'm interested in. It helps me gather better information about my own illness compared to PubMed. I find it amazing that I'm able to get to those articles so easily, and the initial setup was extremely easy, as I don't even remember doing it.
