Deep Cognition is an AI software that simplifies the process of developing deep learning.
PaperEntry AI: Customs is an AI product for licensed customs brokers that automates the preparation of customs entries from shipping documents. It reads commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and arrival notices in any layout without templates, extracts the line level data an entry needs, validates it, and delivers it to the broker's filing and operations systems. The product is built on PaperEntry AI, Deep Cognition's document processing engine, and is tuned for customs work. It reconciles the commercial invoice against the packing list, checks mandatory fields, line totals, and invoice totals, applies vendor specific rules, and flags only the discrepancies a person needs to look at. Clean shipments pass straight through. Exceptions go to a review screen with the source document beside the extracted data. Documents arrive through email, shared folders, document management systems, APIs, or drag and drop. Validated data exports to CargoWise natively, to Descartes and MercuryGate, and to other systems through API or sFTP. Brokerages use it to cut hours of data entry per entry to minutes, handle volume spikes without adding staff, and reduce keying errors before filing. Deep Cognition has served the logistics industry since 2022 and works with customs brokers and freight forwarders in North America.
Agentic TMS is a transportation management system for freight forwarders in which AI agents do the operational work. Instead of staff keying data into screens, agents read the emails and documents that arrive, take the next step in the shipment, and hand off to the next agent. People stay in control through an approval inbox for the decisions that carry real risk. Agentic TMS covers the full shipment lifecycle. Agents price quotes and check margins, confirm bookings and manage carrier cutoffs, prepare export documents and the bill of lading, track the shipment in transit and score demurrage risk, prepare customs entry data, coordinate inland drayage and delivery with proof of delivery, and close out with three way matching of the carrier invoice against the quote and the booking. Each operation has an autonomy level from L1 to L5 that the forwarder sets, so a team can start with agents recommending actions and move to agents executing them as trust builds.
