DeedSpring is an AI transaction coordinator for US real estate. When an executed contract comes in, DeedSpring reads it, extracts the price, deposits, contingencies and dates, and sets the deadlines on the closing. From there it works the file: it checks every active closing every hour, chases the lender, title company and signers for what is outstanding, reads inbound email and texts onto the right closing and drafts the replies, and flags anything that needs a person. Buyers and sellers follow their own transaction in a branded client portal with the milestones, documents and messages that apply to them. Documents and e-signing are built in; brokerages get compliance review, teams and permissions, and commission statements.
DeedSpring is built by the team behind Stacker, the platform Michael Skelly and Sam Davyson founded in 2017 (Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz). Real estate teams had been building transaction trackers and client portals on Stacker for years; DeedSpring is that product built properly, running on the same platform. It is priced per closing rather than per agent: Starter is $15 a month for one closing, Standard is from $25 a month per closing with unlimited agents, and Brokerage pricing is on application.
