What is helpful about Roambee is being able to see where the shipment is and inform the customer of any delays which helps adjusting the planning or execution of the shipment.

We started using Roambee in 2021. We had a number of equipment issues with the Roambee GPS trackers, but they had good customer service that took care of all the issues quickly. They also helped us with custom tracking reports for our applications.
