You give it a name and it gets its own inbox and email address, so you can loop it into any thread the same way you'd cc a coworker. From there it reads along, keeps track of decisions and files as they come up, and flags anything in a conversation that actually needs your attention instead of burying it in your inbox. Beyond just watching threads, you can hand Deck actual tasks, like drafting a reply, pulling together a summary, or running a recurring routine, and it emails you the finished result. It also automates manual tasks like daily brief covering your calendar, automating customer intake, and reporting and analysis, and general tasks that weigh down operators and teams. It is SOC 2 and GDPR compliant.
