Decato is interior design software that starts from the floor plan rather than from a photo or a prompt. The room exists as wall lengths, door swings and clearances before it is ever an image, so every piece is checked against those numbers and anything that will not clear a walkway or a door is dropped before the designer sees it.
Real, in-stock products are matched to the plan and priced, and the render is assembled from those exact items rather than from generic furniture. The output is a client-ready deck that exports to PDF with every product row linking back to its shop page, so the room a client approves is one they can actually order.
The AI agent works inside an editable canvas: the designer can move anything, redraw a wall, or take over at any point. Decato is a macOS application, macOS 12 or later, on Apple Silicon and Intel. Planning is unlimited and free on your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini subscription; sourcing and photoreal renders start at $20 a month.
