Streamlined CPQ with Guided Workflow

I like the guided workflow feature in DealHub AI. It allows us to set the field on a tailored path to create their deal, which is pretty useful. Also, I found the initial setup to be fairly easy.

Great User Experience and a Smooth Quote-Building Flow

The user experience has gotten fantastic feedback, especially around the flow of building quotes. What's really resonated is the flexibility it gives users—they're able to configure deals in ways that work for their specific needs rather than being locked into rigid templates. This self-service capability has been a game-changer; reps can now move faster without constantly looping in deal desk for small configuration questions. The deal room has also been a huge hit with the team. Beyond that, the overall ease of use is driving real enablement wins. Because the interface is intuitive, new reps come up to speed faster and require less hands-on training. That ease of navigation means less friction in the deal process and will lead to fewer support tickets which ultimately makes everyone's job easier, from the frontline to the operations team. User-Friendly UI and Great CSM Support, with a Few Quoting Preferences

The UI has been a real highlight. It makes the quoting process much easier and more user-friendly for our Sales teams to navigate. We’ve also been able to automate quite a few manual processes by building features in Deal Hub. Our assigned CSM, Omri Oshriel, has made the biggest difference in our overall experience with the tool. Our DealHub rollout, and the weeks after go-live, wouldn’t have reached the level it did without Omri’s support, responsiveness, and willingness to make himself available for feedback and ongoing refinement. There has not been any feedback given to Omri that he hasn't tried to solve for, or provide a fix. He's a crucial component to the success of this tool.
