Site performance is the best part for me. The website is nice and fast, with faster page loads, about 2-5 seconds faster than DealerInspire. It speeds up car listings and similar vehicles. It shows all our vehicles in SRP and VDP perfectly and nicely. The support is fast, they respond quickly, even sometimes within the minute. They got me access into the backend and helped me make a new account quick, taking about an hour. They migrated our existing site to their Pro Edge CMS in a couple of days with no issues. They came to us and gave us a month demo so we could see our demo site before switching. It's been a positive, with time saved and people finding new cars.

I find the speed of the website incredibly valuable; it's so fast that sharing it with customers and navigating through it is a breeze, which I think is awesome. I also appreciate the great design and how everything works smoothly, including features like a language picker, price drop notifications, and the capability for salesmen to use the chat feature. I'm excited about the other things that are being integrated since Dealer Pro Edge just started off. The customer service is impressive too, as they reply so quickly. Overall, everything's fast and amazing.

I really like Dealer Pro Edge because it's faster and cheaper than our previous provider, Dealer Inspire. The website is nicer looking and beneficial for our customers since it's easier to navigate. They also provided good service by getting us up within a day and switching us over easily. The cost savings, with services costing a lot less, make it a great choice for us.
