De Flow AI connects to the cameras a store already has (Hikvision, Dahua, AXIS, Milestone XProtect or any RTSP camera) and flags shoplifting, self-checkout scan-avoidance, sweethearting and refund fraud in real time. Setup is done from a browser, with no new hardware. Alerts come with the video clip and a confidence score by WhatsApp, SMS, email or dashboard, and the same cameras feed footfall heatmaps and shelf monitoring.
