This is a very good product as we use this for Oracle EBS deployment in our organization. We utilize Data loader over other products when we need to reference other objects in ERP and don't have IDs. The main advantage of using the Data loader app is that it saves countless hours versus doing manual data entry into the database. When I imported a file and it failed for any reason, Data loader notified me and kept the file in a history for me to re-execute anytime. Data loader is a great tool for batch importing new records. Flexibility in extract and load processes; mapping fields is extremely easy.
