Datestone is landlord software for England, built by a landlord for self-managing landlords with 1 to 20 homes. It runs your rental homes in one place: repairs, tenants, rent and paperwork, with every legal deadline for each home tracked and linked to its official source. Add a home by postcode and Datestone finds the council, any licensing scheme and the energy certificate, then lists every legal duty that home has, dated and sourced. Tenants report problems on your own branded page without an account, and contractors accept jobs with one tap from an email. One email each morning tells you what is due, late or new. Covers gas safety, electrical (EICR), EPC, smoke and CO alarms, deposits, right to rent, HMOs, council licensing and the Renters' Rights Act, with the official sources checked every night.
