DataNAG is a request and response management platform for people who need structured information from a group: a few people or a few hundred, inside or outside their own organization. It replaces the usual mix of email threads, survey tools, shared spreadsheets and manual follow-up with one system.
Five apps run on the platform today: scheduling availability (which times work), project and task status (is it done, where does it stand), document and file requests, event and job sign-ups, and forms and surveys, from a single question to a full questionnaire. Sign-offs and lists/sheets are in development, due to release in Q4 2026.
For every request, DataNAG tracks who has responded and who hasn’t, sends reminders only to the people who haven’t answered, checks answers as they are entered, and rolls everything into one table that can be shared or downloaded. The organizer chooses how it runs: share the link through their own email or chat, or let DataNAG send the request and the reminders.
The people being asked never need an account, an app or a download, and see no ads. Security is set per request: an open link, a verified invite list, an access code, or anonymous responses. DataNAG does not connect to a company’s systems and requires no IT integration.
