Datafromfile turns messy files into structured data. Upload a PDF, a scan, a phone photo, or a spreadsheet, and get a clean table you can review, fix and export to Excel, CSV or JSON. What makes it different is the second check: after the AI reads the document, a separate check that doesn't use AI re-adds the numbers, including invoice subtotals, tax and totals, and every running balance on a bank statement, to the cent. Anything that doesn't add up is marked Review recommended, with the reason, instead of being passed off as correct. Bank statements can be exported in QuickBooks Online, Xero and FreeAgent import layouts. Files can come from the website, a Chrome extension, email, Google Drive, the API, or an MCP server for Claude and Cursor. Original files are not kept unless you choose to.
