Data Nexus by Dart Health
Data Nexus by Dart Health is a managed data integration service for employer health and benefits data. It ingests eligibility, claims and leave feeds from employers, TPAs, carriers and HRIS platforms in their existing formats, including 834 EDI, CSV, flat files and API payloads, received over SFTP, webhook or API.
Each record is validated before delivery. Checks include field type and range, duplicates, consistency across a member's records, and comparison with the prior file. Records that fail are held individually; file-wide errors stop the file. Dart's specialists review exceptions, set up new feeds and maintain mappings when a source changes.
Data Nexus matches members across eligibility, claims, leave and program files and keeps change history within a configurable lookback window for auditing. Data is delivered through a documented REST API that returns JSON for eligibility, claims, leaves, members, programs and program enrollments, and member records can be updated through the API.
Typical users are digital health companies that sell to employers, such as MSK, mental health, oncology navigation, cardiometabolic, fertility, caregiving and leave management providers. Data Nexus is HIPAA compliant and audited under SOC 2 Type II, and Dart signs BAAs. Pricing is an annual subscription based on covered lives.
