Mopka helps cleaning companies in Poland run their day without spreadsheets. Owners plan one-off and recurring jobs in a calendar that warns about scheduling conflicts. Crews see their jobs on the phone, start and finish them on site (with an optional location check) and tick off checklists with before and after photos. Hours turn into payroll automatically, whether a person is paid hourly, monthly or per job, and exports go straight to the accountant. Clients get SMS and email reminders, a branded portal with visit history and a request form for new jobs. Invoices are issued in one click through Fakturownia, inFakt or iFirma, which also handle KSeF. The interface is available in Polish, English and Ukrainian, and every crew member can switch the language on their own phone.
