Winly is an AI-powered CRM for social selling teams: owners, setters and closers who sell in Instagram and Facebook DMs. A shared inbox puts every conversation, for every rep, in one place, shows who owns each lead and flags conversations that need attention. Each rep gets their own login, so nobody shares the Instagram password. Co-Pilot drafts replies using the team's offer, tone and objection handling, and with Co-Pilot, a rep sends each draft. Teams can turn Autopilot on or off per conversation and take over anytime, and when a rep types in a conversation, automation steps back. Teams choose how much to automate, from Co-Pilot drafts a rep sends to full hands-off autonomy with Workflows and Autopilot, or their own AI tools through the MCP server. The Selling Index gives managers a score for sales conversations to coach from. Automations trigger on comments, keywords, story replies and tags.
