Very responsive SOC team; Monthly team & report reviews; There have been some improvements with their dashboard providing more control over the endpoints. They now show Misconfigurations, Vulnerabilities and Management tasks. These newly added features allow direct changes to an endpoints configuration.

Cynet's product roadmap is ahead of any other product on the market. They continually improve the product by consolidating features into CyOps so that we can eliminate other MSP security products, reduce costs, and complexity.

Cynet is a brilliant tool for MSPs, despite being a newcomer to the industry. As an organization, we were hesitant to move off of our previous security infrastructure due to our familiarity and tenure with the legacy system. We moved to cynet due to the expanded coverage XDR provides, pricing, and response time. Cynet has put in a lot of work to adapt the tool to the specific needs of MSPS - adding multi-site capabilities, integrations with PSAs such as Connectwise, and a brand new UI. The onboarding process was seamless, but there definitely was a learning curve in understanding how the tool works (as with any migration). After a couple of weeks, however, we quickly got our heads wrapped around Cynet, and were very impressed with its' capabilities, which outperformed all other products that we evaluated.
