Lanexa is a transportation management system for small and mid-sized North American carriers, built in Canada by Cygnik Tech around Canada–US cross-border freight.
One shipment record runs the whole job — quote, load, trip, border, delivery, proof of delivery, invoice, collection, settlement — across 23 modules, so nothing is re-typed at a department boundary. It replaces the three-or-four tool stack a carrier runs today: a TMS, a broker portal, a driver chat, and accounting.
What is different:
• The border is part of the load, not a second desk. ACE, ACI, PARS and PAPS live on the load record itself. Border Desk prepares the packet up to the filing; the filing itself is keyed by a person, and we say so rather than calling it electronic filing.
• It does not export to accounting — it is accounting. A real double-entry general ledger inside the TMS: void a document and it unposts, with everything it created. It still pushes invoices, payments and carrier bills one way into QuickBooks Online.
• AI that cannot invent a number. The assistant emits a report definition; a governed engine computes every figure. It never writes a query and never sees a row of customer data.
• Drivers install nothing. Links and messages in a phone browser, SMS, and WhatsApp as an add-on.
• Row-level security on all database tables, with roles and per-person permissions.
Also included on every plan: the complete quarterly IFTA workspace with the Audit-Armor report, live CBP and CBSA commercial border wait times, live FMCSA carrier and broker checks, and bilingual English/French customer documents for Quebec.
Priced in Canadian dollars by trucks rather than seats — your whole office logs in from the second plan up, and a truck parked all month is not billed. Prices are published and you open the account yourself: there is no sales call.
