It has jobs that are only related to cyber security and I can tailor my profile and customize it very good, unlike other job platforms

1. It has nothing to do with Microsoft 2. It is at the early stages and developing, but it is already better than LinkedIn 3. They take suggestions graciously and apply them where appropriate 4. They support their members 5. They are developing additional useful tools for their members - integrations such as Heelr. 6. The UI/UX is great and can be adapted to your preferences 7. Pricing is far more cost effective than LinkedIn 8. Whereas as Linkedin is often slow, Cyberr seems to have great performance in comparison. 9. They use AI for onboarding which actually seems to work, which can't be said of many of the AI recruiting tools out there in the marketplace. 10. They don't limit the distribution of your posts because there is a link to an outside site like LInkedIn do.
