Customers see approved milestones and documents without access to internal costs. Quoted revenue and recorded supplier costs support shipment margin analysis. Accounting and tracking connections are activated for each workspace according to provider access and configuration. Core software and a managed ERPNext bundle are available, with separately scoped managed operations, network participation and succession support. Forwarders retain control of their customer and provider relationships.
