From my perspective, Cube's biggest value is how much time it saves at month-end. We went from updating 50+ Excel files and managing 1.75 million formulas across a 200-tab workbook to filling in two fields on one template, which gives us back about 200 hours a month. Store managers now approve their P&L through a link instead of signing printouts, all 180 locations report from the same numbers, and ad-hoc questions get answered the same weekend the data loads rather than waiting on IT. It sits on top of our existing spreadsheets and our database setup, so we didn't have to throw out the tools we already knew.
