Cubby is a document collection portal for US CPA firms, under the firm's own name, logo and colours. The firm builds a checklist for each client from 132 US tax document types: W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, foreign bank statements and more. The client sees one labelled box per document, with the bank and the last four digits of each account. When a file lands in the wrong box, Cubby tells the client at once, in a plain sentence that names what they uploaded and points at the right box. One click keeps it anyway, and the firm sees a flag. The client is never blocked. Cubby reads only the form number and tax year printed on a PDF to do this. There is no AI, and no client document is sent to any outside service to be read. The firm also gets automatic or manual reminders that list only what's missing, a dashboard of what needs attention, five roles with permissions it sets, an activity log on both sides, exports named its way, and returns sent back for signature with every signer tracked.
