Cubalo is web-based software for moving companies that replaces the in-home site survey with a video survey filmed by the customer. The company sends a link by text message or email from its dashboard, or the customer requests one from a button placed on the mover's website. The customer films their home in a single video on their phone, with no app to install and no account to create. The video analysis produces a file that is ready to quote: a furniture inventory item by item with photo, dimensions and volume, total volume in cubic meters, estimated number of boxes per room, a floor plan, door widths and items to dismantle, a truck route with tolls and height limits, a recommended truck from the company's own fleet and an estimated fuel cost. Each item carries a confidence score, so the mover only reviews uncertain items, corrects them in one tap and exports the file as a PDF to attach to the quote. The software calculates a volume, never a price, and the company keeps its own pricing. The customer journey is white-labeled with the mover's name and colors. The Cubalo Pro mobile app also lets movers film on site during a traditional visit, with a 3D model on compatible iPhones. Videos are processed on servers located in France.
