Effortless Caching and Seamless Data Access
I love how CTERA has helped users access data at much higher speeds with the local cache in the office. I find the Caching Services easy to manage and configure on the CTERA portal/EV. The connection of portals to backend ECS S3 buckets and Azure Blob storage is valuable for managing large amounts of data. The deployment was easy, and the CTERA Professional Services team was helpful in setting it up. All the services and functionality are working as designed, and my expectations are being met.

The combination of on-prem edge filers with cloud-based global file system synchronization is extremely helpful for our environment. It simplifies branch storage, reduces reliance on legacy file servers, and offers strong performance, granular permissions, snapshots, and ransomware protection. Centralized management and reliable support make administration smooth and predictable, which is a major upside.

Essential for Global File Sync with Stellar Support
I find CTERA essential for sharing and syncing files globally across multiple locations, including both edge and central sites. Its reliability and consistency in syncing files are outstanding, even when managing a network that includes one central and over 60 remote site locations. The synchronization is not only fast but also highly accurate, ensuring that our data remains uniform across all locations. What I particularly appreciate is the excellent global customer support provided by CTERA. Whenever issues or complaints arise, their support team addresses them promptly and effectively, which enhances the overall user experience. Additionally, setting up CTERA is straightforward and user-friendly, as my team and I encountered no difficulties from the beginning of its use until now.
