I've used Crunchafi to assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. What I appreciate the most about Crunchafi is the way data is extracted from accounting systems I'm not familiar with to produce clear and succinct reports with value add analysis.

I like the ease of use of Crunchafi Lease Accounting. The footnote preparation is wonderful as it prepares and formats the footnote so it's ready for the financial statements with no additional work for me.

The biggest thing for me is how much time it saves pulling financial data. Instead of going back and forth with clients asking for trial balances, GL detail, and financial statements, Strongbox connects directly to their accounting software and pulls everything in a clean, standardized format. It cuts out a lot of the manual work on the front end of an engagement, which is huge when you're working on multiple deals at once. The output is easy to work with and gets you straight into the analysis instead of spending hours just organizing data.
