Beetbox is a restaurant management system for independent UK food businesses. Staff write one order list and every supplier gets its own order by email, with cut-offs, minimums and approvals checked before it goes. Opening and closing checks, fridge and freezer temperatures, deliveries and corrective actions are recorded on a shared kitchen tablet, each entry with the person's name and time, and the day is signed off at close. Use-by and prep labels print in one press to a Brother label printer with allergens in bold. The allergen matrix covers the 14 UK allergens and can be shown live on the restaurant's own website. Every dish is costed from current supplier prices with gross profit rated net of VAT. Training records and documents staff read and sign sit alongside. Built by the owner of Up North Pizzeria in South Shields, where it runs the kitchen every day. £89 a month per site plus VAT, kitchen tablet included, 14 days free.
