*CrewSnap is resource scheduling software built for construction companies, subcontractors, and trade partners. It replaces the scheduling whiteboard, the spreadsheet, and the round of morning phone calls with one drag-and-drop board: forecast crews project by project and trade by trade, then assign them and see conflicts before they happen. Each employee is texted or emailed their next-day assignment automatically, with the job name, the address, and the site contact, so nobody has to chase the schedule. Equipment is scheduled as a resource alongside the people who use it, on the same timeline. For prevailing-wage, PLA, and union work, CrewSnap tracks each project's apprentice-to-journeyman ratio as crews are assigned, which surfaces a problem while you can still fix it rather than after payroll runs. It is a scheduling tool rather than a certified payroll system. Flat pricing - no per-user or revenue-based pricing.
