CrewLoca is staff clocking and timesheet software being prepared for launch. It is designed for businesses that want a straightforward way to record working hours, review corrections and hand approved records to an existing payroll process. Customer signup and trials are not open yet. The intended launch workflow includes personal-device clocking and a shared workplace kiosk with individual four-digit PINs; starts, finishes and breaks; workplace location rules and geofencing at clocking actions where required; manager review, corrections and approvals; and approved-hours exports to an Excel-compatible spreadsheet, CSV or printable report. The kiosk requires internet access. Personal-device offline entries require initial online setup and cached workplace details, and remain pending until server confirmation. CrewLoca is designed for nontechnical teams in manufacturing, warehouses and logistics, construction and trades, cleaning and facilities, offices, retail and hospitality, and care and support. Location checks happen at clocking actions rather than through continuous movement tracking. CrewLoca prepares approved hours; it does not calculate PAYE, file tax returns or pay wages. File exports are not direct payroll integrations.
