CrewBrew helps contractors run their crews from the field. The office uses the web dashboard to create projects, assign tasks to workers, set estimated hours and write work instructions. Workers see their tasks for the day in the CrewBrew app on iPhone or Android, clock in when they arrive at the job site, add photos, log expenses and equipment, and submit a progress report when the work is done. When a task is submitted, the office reviews the hours, photos, notes and expenses and approves the work or sends it back. The project schedule shows tasks with their dependencies and records the reason whenever something is delayed. Each project shows hours logged per worker and spending against its budget. Plans and documents are stored with the project, and pins can be placed on drawings. Owners, managers and workers each have their own role. When a job is finished, CrewBrew produces a client job record PDF. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by the number of people and the amount of storage.
