Cretel-Roster is shift-planning and staff-management software for hotels and hotel groups in Greece. Each department builds its weekly plan on one screen, one row per employee and seven days, and every entry is checked at once: the rest between consecutive days (11 hours by default, as a warning or a block), at most one working day per day across all plans, the weekly limit (6 by default) and overlapping shifts, across every department and hotel where the employee works. Groups are organised in centres, hotels, departments and sub-departments; an employee who works in two hotels has one record. The dashboard gives management an immediate, complete picture of the staff: for each department and day, who works, who is on rest, leave or sick leave and where an entry is missing, compared with the previous year. A new hire enters the plan at once with a temporary card, and for each leaver the last working day is recorded. Employees are imported from the payroll program's Excel, and the day sheet for payroll gives each employee's days and hours, not amounts. Reports export to PDF and Excel in Greek, and employees see their schedule on their phone without an account. Cretel-Roster is installed on the customer's own Linux server; if the customer prefers, cretel.net hosts it on servers in Germany (EU). It does not submit to ERGANI and is not a payroll program. Features depend on the package. Available in Greek only.
