Awesome customer service - and the founders genuinely care about building a quality product.

The most impressive feature is the real-time visibility tracking across LLMs (like ChatGPT and Google Gemini). Most SEO tools only care about Google Search, but RankZero shows exactly how often your brand is mentioned in AI conversations. I love the competitor benchmarking graph; seeing my brand’s "Share of Voice" compared to others in a single timeline makes it very easy to identify exactly when a competitor started gaining ground. The best tool so far is the "To dos" Furthermore implementation is very easy, with recommnedations made by customer support. The founder is also available for answers. My frequency of use is not high yet but we are starting to implement them actively.
