Wyroo is web-based project management software for the building and construction industry, used by contractors and project managers to coordinate projects with their team, subcontractors, architects and clients.
Each project has one workspace. Tasks sit on a kanban board with owners, deadlines, trade roles and checklists, from the first task to the final inspection, and existing task lists can be imported from a spreadsheet. Drawings and documents are kept in a file library with version history, where users can place marks and comments on PDF drawings and turn a mark into a task. Discussions take place on the task or drawing they concern, with replies, mentions and attachments.
Meetings are prepared from the board: the agenda is built from tasks, minutes are recorded during the meeting, and action points become tasks. Clients receive a status report through a link they can open without an account. Access is set per project: team members see the projects they work on, while subcontractors and clients can receive email digests for their part without access to the project itself.
The software, its emails and its website are available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Wyroo offers a free plan for up to 3 team members and 3 guests, and a paid plan at €20 per active seat per month (excluding VAT). Both plans include all features. Invited clients and partners do not count as seats, and members who have been inactive for 28 days stop counting until they return. A 60-day free trial is available without a credit card.
