Their service is 2nd to none, I use heaps of marketing tech platforms and Crazy Egg reply within minutes or hours at worst, with very tangible, practical support, fix bugs, etc like nothing else. I've used Crazy Egg on and off for about 15 years, their product's only improved and they haven't jacked up the price like all others.
