Miranda AI is an artificial intelligence platform for construction companies that automates the documentation work behind bidding, planning and project execution. In the bidding phase, Miranda AI reviews tender documents, drawings and annexes, extracts requirements and risks, delivers a go/no-go feasibility report, drafts the technical proposal section by section using the company’s own templates and prepares the bid budget from quantities in the specifications and drawings combined with the company’s pricing data. In the planning phase, it builds the work schedule based on the company’s productivity rates and criteria. During execution, it tracks progress against the schedule, flags risks, produces site reports and meeting minutes with company templates and answers project questions in natural language. Miranda AI adapts to each country’s regulations and each company’s workflow, and is compatible with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and SharePoint. Client data remains the property of the client and is not used to train AI models.
