The other half is admin: inquiries, contracts, deposits, payment plans, scheduling, and on-call nights. Cradled puts the business side in one place: client management, scheduling with Google Calendar or Outlook sync, e-signed contracts, invoicing and automatic payment plans, intake forms, and plan templates, on the web and on your phone. What makes Cradled different is the connection. Every client you connect gets the free Cradled app for her pregnancy and postpartum. The bookings, contracts, invoices, forms, and visit summaries you send all show up there in one place, and her check-ins come back to you, so you walk into each visit knowing how she's been. For doula collectives and agencies, Cradled adds a team client board, coverage with urgent-message escalation, postpartum care teams, payouts, and team reports.
