Diplomat Automates Secure File Transfers with Reliable Alerts and Great Support
I handled file exchange with a lot, I mean a lot of clients and vendors (55+), and Diplomat automates nearly all of it. I set up scheduled SFTP jobs with PGP encryption once, and they just run. The email alerts tell me right away if a transfer fails, so I'm not finding out from an unhappy client the next morning. Support has also been quick and knowledgeable whenever I reach out for help and assistance.
