I like COUNT because it's simple and scalable. The customer service and support team, along with the owner, really care about providing the best product in the market at a very affordable rate. It's great that COUNT is competitive and supportive for small businesses, large businesses, and individual enterprises like mine.

I use COUNT for accounting for our junk removal company, and it's been super helpful. The team is great to work with, and whenever we have issues, they're pretty quick to respond. Working with COUNT has been phenomenal. It integrates well with our systems, and the learning curve has been relatively good considering learning new accounting software. It's made things much easier than working with larger companies where support is not nearly as good. The simplicity is what I like the most because, as a business owner with a lot of moving parts, it integrates well with our bookkeeping team and us in the field. The invoicing and estimates look really clean, and I especially like the public link feature for invoices and estimates. This is super helpful when clients have a hard time finding their invoices because they get sent to spam, allowing us to text them a link directly.

COUNT just makes sense. The AI is incredibly adaptive and learns my clients' financial models quickly. I performed a 6 month clean-up in less than an hour using PDF bank and credit card statements.
