CouncilAds is an AI tool that writes Google Ads and judges both the ad and your landing page before you spend a dollar. It generates two competing ads, puts them in front of a council of twelve AI buyer personas, and names the winner. It then checks that winning ad against the landing page it sends people to, so the ad and the page tell the same story. The winning ad comes with a plain-language campaign setup guide detailed enough to hand to anyone.
Each of the twelve personas is built on a sympathy map, a research method that models how a real buyer thinks, feels, and reacts, not just what they click. Most ad tools stop at the ad. CouncilAds also judges the landing page, because a great ad sending traffic to a weak page is still a wasted click.
CouncilAds includes four tools: Google Ads, Review Any Ad, Website Review, and Landing Page Review. It serves small business owners running their own Google Ads and agencies who want a documented, defensible reason behind every ad recommendation. Agencies can white label it under their own brand, and an API is available for AI consultants and automation builders.
CouncilAds was founded by Jon Roland in Webster, Texas, and launched in July 2026. Jon has more than 20 years of experience in web design and Internet Marketing, including over 12 years managing Google and Facebook ad budgets for small businesses.
